After the success of their Washington, DC office redesign, Manatt and OPX partnered together again to combine several office locations into a unique space for Manatt’s headquarters in Los Angeles.
Through the IOE analysis and TL process, OPX was able to understand AARP’s guiding principles, mission, culture, and work processes, resulting in a successful and cost-effective implementation.
The design creates alignment between a unique location, spatial use and business practice requirements to provide clients, visitors and staff with the “Washington Experience.”
OPX strategically re-imagined how AARP employees, tools, processes, and the office space would successfully interact to deliver on the organization’s mission of “Real Possibilities."
Work Better Day brought together curious minds, visionary thinkers, innovators and change-makers from across industries to explore what it means to work better in today’s world.
While I initially thought I wanted to work in hospitality design for hotels and restaurants, my experience with the law firm’s design and renovation challenges ended up sparking my interest in workplace design.
As organizations return to the office, many companies will use a “hybrid” method of working, with some employees working in the office and others working remotely.
What if we took a deeper look at how our people, technology and physical environment actually fit together? And what if we started to think about these three things as an integrated whole?
What should be abundantly clear is that, eleven months into the pandemic-fueled remote work experience, it was never more true to say ‘one size does NOT fit all.’
