OPX had previously designed the offices of The Albright Group and Albright Capital Management (ACM) in Washington DC 2005. In 2009 they merged with Stonebridge International to become Albright Stonebridge Group, a global strategic advisory and commercial diplomacy firm. OPX was hired again to create a home for the newly formed company. After OPX test-fit a range of buildings the client decided to settle in the iconic Homer Building right in the heart of Washington.
OPX conducted a full Integrated Operating Environment (IOE) assessment and analysis at the beginning of the process. This served as the foundation for creating an environment that would eventually house the newly formed Group.
