Office Manager

(1-3 years experience)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal/team skills and ability to effectively direct, communicate, and work with a diverse staff and provide team support – both internal and external.
  • Ability to address challenges, ask questions and determine how to get answers in a timely manner
  • Organized and able to locate and work with OPX vendors, visitors, and deliveries
  • Proficient with basic office technology
  • Able to communicate directly with staff, clients, vendors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and projects on a daily / weekly basis

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support and report to company owner, principal(s), and staff with daily administrative activities
  • Support Finance Manager and perform basic financial tracking
  • Awareness of office calendar, staff needs, and contacts for office needs
  • Maintain good relationships with OPX staff, consultants, and clients

 

Compensation:
